General Terms of Purchase

PIF Games – Present is Future Games

  1. Prices and sales conditions are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general sales conditions in force at that time.
  2. Once the order is confirmed, the purchase is deemed perfected by law, with all legal guarantees protecting the consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions shall be contractual and may not be modified without the express agreement of both parties.
  3. Spanish shall be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived, and the user will have access to it in their client area.

Shipping

  • Mainland Spain: estimated delivery time 48–72 hours.

  • Balearic and Canary Islands: estimated delivery time 72–192 hours.

  • In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

  • Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each item.

  • For orders containing several items, a single shipment will be made based on the item with the longest delivery time.

    • The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of the order. After this period, the shipment will be considered accepted.

    An order is deemed delivered when the customer signs the delivery receipt. From that moment, the customer has 24 hours to verify the products and report any incident.

    In case of product damage due to transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours to file a claim with the transport company.

    Partial orders: by default, they will be sent when all items are available. If you wish to receive them in separate shipments, the buyer must indicate this in the purchase comments or by writing to distribution@pifgames.com ​ 

Shipping Costs (Spain)

  • Mainland: €5 + VAT

  • Free shipping for orders over €15 (unless the buyer requests split shipments).

  • Balearic Islands: €7 + VAT

  • Free shipping for orders over €60 (unless the buyer requests split shipments).

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €7 + VAT

  • Free shipping for orders over €160 (unless the buyer requests split shipments).

Shipping Costs (International)
  • Shipments are made worldwide and evaluated individually. 

Payment Methods

  • Credit/debit card: immediate, secure, and verified payment by VISA/MasterCard.

  • Bank transfer or deposit: the order will be reserved for 4 calendar days. If no payment is received within that period, it will be automatically canceled.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The provision of services once they have been fully executed, provided that the execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer, who acknowledges that, once the service is completed, they lose their right of withdrawal.

  • The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the entrepreneur and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example, custom-configured computers).

  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods that, by their nature, have been mixed in an inseparable manner with other goods after delivery.

  • The supply of sound recordings, videos or sealed software programmes, once they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

  • The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, when the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer, who acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

  • All goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included, in perfect condition and properly protected. Returns with stickers, seals, or adhesive tape placed directly on the packaging will not be accepted.

  • Once you have completed and submitted the return form, you will receive instructions via email on how to send the product back to us. The maximum period for returning the goods is 14 days from the notification of your wish to withdraw.

  • The transport costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer, who may choose the transport agency they prefer.

  • Once the goods have been received and their condition verified, the refund of the amount paid will be processed, including standard delivery charges (additional costs arising from shipping methods other than the cheapest standard option offered are excluded). The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal is exercised. Until we receive the goods, we may withhold the refund.

Return of products on promotion or with a gift

If the purchased product includes a gift or is part of a promotion, it will be mandatory to return the complete set (product + gift/promotion) in order to process the refund.

Return conditions for distributors

  • Only returns of unsealed material in perfect condition and within 14 calendar days of receipt will be accepted.

  • These returns will be considered commercial returns, as there is no regulation governing return rights between businesses, and they will be managed in accordance with the conditions established by PIF Games.

  • No returns will be accepted for products in blister packs, heat-sealed, or with any broken factory security seal.

  • These conditions do not affect the right to a warranty or the exchange of defective products.

  • PIF Games reserves the right to refuse the return if any anomaly is detected in the received product.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations involving refunds by bank transfer have a maximum period of 30 calendar days (although we aim to process them within 7 days).

Product Warranty

PIF Games, the owning company of www.pifgames.com, guarantees, according to current laws and under the following conditions, all the products it distributes.

The consumer may address both the seller and the manufacturer of the product, who will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from the delivery..

When the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 6 months from delivery and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may request an independent expert report to process the warranty. In clear cases of malfunction within the warranty period, there will be no issue in managing it.

During the time the consumer is deprived of the product due to repair or replacement, the warranty period will be suspended. For example: if the repair takes 15 days, the warranty will be extended by an additional 15 days beyond the initially planned period.

The shipping costs incurred for processing the warranty will be borne by PIF Games, provided that the existence of the lack of conformity in the purchased item is confirmed. The return must be made following the instructions previously provided by PIF Games and after the corresponding acceptance.

Conditions for Companies and Distributors

If the client is a distributor or a company (legal entity), shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the client, since consumer goods legislation does not regulate B2B sales. In these cases, the warranty will be that stipulated by the product manufacturer.

Consumer Claims

A product is considered non-conforming to the contract when:

  • It does not match the seller’s description.

  • It is not suitable for the ordinary uses of similar goods.

  • It is not fit for a special purpose requested by the consumer and accepted by the seller.

  • It does not show the expected quality and performance, considering public statements (advertising, brochures, labeling) by the seller or manufacturer.

Consumer Rights

  • Repair or replacement: The consumer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one option is impossible or disproportionate in cost. Replacement is not applicable to non-fungible or second-hand goods. Both must be carried out within a reasonable time and at no cost to the consumer.

  • Price reduction or contract termination: This applies when repair or replacement is not possible, not carried out within a reasonable time, or causes greater inconvenience. Termination does not apply if the lack of conformity is minor.

Promotional products, packs or gifts:

  • In the case of gifts, they will be replaced by another of equal or similar value if an identical replacement is not possible, never by money.

  • In the case of promotions or packs, if repair or replacement is not possible, an equivalent refund will be made based on the real value of the product and the discount applied.

Warranty Exclusion

The warranty may be void if:

  • The product is used, handled, or maintained incorrectly.

  • Components are damaged by power surges or electrical overloads.

  • Damage occurs due to impacts, accidents, or mishandling.

  • Repairs, modifications, or extensions are made by the customer or unauthorized parties.

  • The warranty label of PIF Games or the manufacturer is damaged, removed, or hidden.

In short, damaged or improperly handled items will not be accepted.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse. In these cases, the consumer must assume repair costs. Excluded are:

  • Defects from external causes (accidents, surges, wear and tear, or improper use).

  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or unauthorized persons.

  • Products subject to specific support contracts.

Warranty Processing

The consumer or distributor must process the warranty by contacting PIF Games through the customer service channels indicated on our website.
